Description
Penetration Grade Bitumen 70/100 is a standard bitumen of the penetration grade classification, which is suitable for road construction and hot asphalt production and is mostly used in cold regions.
For areas with hotter climates, harder bitumen (lower degree of penetration) is used, and for areas with colder climates, looser bitumen (higher degree of penetration) is used. The penetration degree of bitumen is 70/100 according to the standard in the range of 70 to 100.
Application of Penetration Grade Bitumen 70/100
- road construction
- asphalt pavement
- tack coat or penetration spray
- manufacturer of hot-mix asphalt
- used in the construction of single seals, double seals, and Cape seal
