Penetration Grade Bitumen 60/70 is a standard bitumen of the penetration grade classification based on the international standard. 60/70 penetration grade bitumen is suitable for road construction and hot asphalt production.
The penetration degree of bitumen is 60/70 according to the standard in the range of 60 to 70. This bitumen is almost loose and is used for temperate regions.
Application of Penetration Grade Bitumen 60/70
The use of penetrating bitumen is mainly in road construction. For areas with hotter climates, harder bitumen (lower degree of penetration) is used, and for areas with colder climates, looser bitumen (higher degree of penetration) is used.
